Report on entrepreneurship competences

The Consortium has completed the research phase for the identification of key competences for success in entrepreneurship. The international report entitled CORAL Research and survey report on self-employment skills based on EntreComp intermediate model is available for download. The report is available in English. Analysing results from surveyed entrepreneurs across countries provided different answers concerning the three EntreComp competence areas, but overall there was an expressed need to develop entrepreneurs‘ competences in both the commerce and services sector. The international research performed by the CORAL partnership is part of the initial phase in developing the CORATOOL self-assessment tool for self-employment requirements and development of the intermediary level of EntreComp competences.
